Once you’ve seen and approved your finished site, you choose how to go live: a flat $100/month that covers hosting, security, maintenance, and updates — cancel anytime — or a one-time $1,000 to own your website outright, about a third of what agencies around here charge just to build one. No sticker shock either way.

Buy it outright for a one-time $1,000 when your site goes live, or start on the $100/month plan — every monthly payment builds toward ownership, so you can take full ownership at any time for $3,000 minus everything you’ve already paid. After 30 months on the plan, the site is fully yours.
You’re never locked in. We carry the risk and work until the project is complete — if you decide not to move forward, you can walk away before launch at no cost and no obligation. You only ever pay maintenance once you’re happy and we go live.
Most sites are live within 2–4 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly we can gather your content — the faster you share photos, copy, and feedback, the faster we move.
